六月下旬的深圳,暑气正盛。深圳市龙岗区融媒集团的办公楼里,迎来了一群特别的客人——33位来自斯里兰卡的媒体人。他们当中有报社主编、电视台主持人、视频编辑、数字媒体创始人,几乎覆盖了斯里兰卡媒体生态的每一个切面。三小时的参观与座谈,不长不短,刚好够一次真诚的相遇。
Late June in Shenzhen, the summer heat was at its peak. The office of Shenzhen Longgang Convergence Media Group welcomed a special group of guests — 33 media professionals from Sri Lanka. Among them were newspaper editors, TV anchors, video editors, and digital media founders, covering nearly every facet of Sri Lanka's media landscape. Three hours of touring and discussion — not too long, not too short — just enough for a genuine encounter.
走进融媒体指挥中心,斯里兰卡同行们的目光很快被那块实时跳动数据的大屏吸引。屏幕上,报、台、端、微、刊、户外26个平台的数据流汇聚在一起,1000万+的用户量被可视化呈现。一位国家电视台的技术官掏出手机,对着大屏拍了好几张照片。作为全国首创、深圳唯一的纯国企模式县区级融媒体,龙岗融媒从传统广电和报纸合并而来,短短几年间完成了从“探路者”到“标杆”的转身。斯里兰卡同行们看到的,不只是设备和技术,更是一条可感知的融合路径。
As they walked into the converged media command center, their eyes were drawn to the real-time data screens. Feeds from 26 platforms — newspapers, TV, apps, social media, magazines, and outdoor media — converged there, visualizing coverage of over 10 million users. A technical officer from Sri Lanka's national TV pulled out his phone and took several photos of the big screen. As the first and only county-level converged media organization in Shenzhen operating under a pure state-owned enterprise model, Longgang Converged Media was formed through the merger of traditional broadcast and newspaper operations. In just a few years, it has transformed from a pioneer into a benchmark. What the Sri Lankan visitors saw was not just equipment and technology, but a tangible path of media integration.
座谈环节没有照本宣科。双方围坐在一起,从数字化转型聊到短视频趋势,从本土受众运营聊到跨文化传播。斯里兰卡同行分享了不少本土化传播的“秘笈”——僧伽罗语区观众喜欢什么节奏,泰米尔语区受众关注什么议题。龙岗融媒也介绍了自己的国际传播布局:依托Facebook、Instagram两大平台,官方账号总粉丝量近20万;成立龙岗国际传播中心、国际传播使者联盟及全市首个企业出海国际传播服务基地,形成“中心+联盟+基地”三位一体的支撑体系。你来我往之间,话题逐渐收拢到一个核心问题:如何讲好真正跨越文化的故事?
The discussion was anything but scripted. They sat together, talking about everything from digital transformation to short-video trends, from local audience engagement to cross-cultural storytelling. The Sri Lankan guests shared their "secret recipes" for localized communication — what rhythm resonates with Sinhala-speaking audiences, what issues matter to Tamil-speaking viewers. Longgang Convergence Media, in turn, introduced its international communication framework: operating on Facebook and Instagram with a combined follower base of nearly 200,000; establishing the Longgang International Communication Center, the International Communication Ambassadors Alliance, and the city's first service base for enterprises going global — a three-pronged system of "center, alliance, and base." Through all this exchange, the conversation gradually distilled into one core question: How do we tell stories that truly connect across cultures?
参访结束时,双方互加好友。有人在INS上互相关注,有人约好了后续的视频连线。一次参访,当然不会立刻改变什么。但它埋下了一些东西——可能是未来某条联合制作的短视频,可能是某次跨洋的连线报道,也可能只是彼此通讯录里多了一个可以请教的名字。从科伦坡到深圳,距离不再重要。好故事无国界,讲故事的人终会相遇。
As the visit wrapped up, contact info was exchanged. Some followed each other on Instagram; others scheduled follow-up video calls. A single visit won't change anything overnight. But it planted something — maybe a co-produced short video in the future, maybe a cross-border live report, or maybe just one more name in each other's contacts to reach out to for advice.From Colombo to Shenzhen, distance no longer matters. Great stories have no borders; storytellers always find each other.
